The HCV-Flavi 2026 Symposium is scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, 14-17 September 2026, at The Black Diamond.

*This fee is applicable only to individuals from low and lower-middle income countries. We will regularly review and reserve the right to update fees for participants who are not from one of these countries, based on the World Bank country classifications.
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT (& VAT) TERMS
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer), credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or EAN invoice (only for Danish institutions). Upon completion of the registration, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice and/or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is original and will be the only copy you will receive.
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the registration process. Please ensure that the payment clearly states invoice number, as we will not be able to place the payment without this information.
In Denmark, conference fees are exempt from VAT.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations dated before and on 1 August 2026 will be refunded deducting an administration cost of 300 DKK (40 €). From 2 August 2026 registration fees are non-refundable. NB! Please note that tickets for the symposium dinner are non-refundable.
In case of a refund of the registration fee, it will be processed after the symposium. No refunds will be granted in case of no-show.
If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the symposium secretariat will refund the paid registration fees only if a copy of the refusal letter is received before 1 September 2026.
If the symposium is cancelled due to a global pandemic, the registration fee will be refunded. If the symposium is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.
Photo & Video
PHOTO AND VIDEO
Please note that video and photos may be captured during the symposium for use in e.g. newsletters, websites, interviews, and social media. If you identify yourself in a specific picture or video after the symposium and you do not wish it to appear on the website or social media, please get in touch with us (registration@cap-partner.eu) and we will delete the picture or recording.

Code of Conduct
Please note delegates are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct whilst attending the HCV-Flavi 2026 Symposium:
- All attendees should ensure that the environment is safe and non-threatening for all individuals, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof).
- We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination or bullying in any form. This includes offensive verbal comments, sexual language and imagery (at events or on social media and other online platforms), deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing, unsolicited photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Recognising that there may sometimes be a power imbalance, all attendees must not abuse their relative position of power or inappropriately take advantage of a relationship where a power imbalance exists.
- Event participants violating these rules may be removed from the event at our discretion and will not be entitled to a refund or expenses.
If you are being harassed, discriminated against or bullied, notice that someone else is being harassed, discriminated against or bullied, or have any other concerns, please contact the conference organising staff at the reception desk immediately.
