Abstract Submission
The HCV-Flavi 2026 Symposium is scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, 14-17 September 2026, at The Black Diamond.
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
All presenters will be required to attend in-person to make their Oral or Poster Presentations.
More information will follow shortly.
There will be two types of abstracts. All abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentation at the HCV-Flavi symposium will also need to be presented in English.
- Poster presentation
- Either oral or poster presentation
Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words and must be submitted in english.
The abstract should consist of one body including introduction, methods, results and conclusions.

All abstracts successfully submitted are peer-reviewed through a review process.
The final decision with respect to selection and programming of any abstract will be made by the HCV-Flavi 2026 Abstract Scientific Committee.
Abstract notification will be sent via email to the designated presenting author before 10 July 2026.
Abstract presenters are required to attend HCV-Flavi 2026 in person to make their presentation. Expenses associated with an abstract presentation (e.g., travel, hotel, conference registration fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the presenting author. Presenters must register for the symposium in the appropriate category (Student or regular registration fee) no later than 28 June 2026.
By submitting an abstract to the Hepatitis C Virus, Flaviviruses and Related Viruses 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Publication and Accessibility
Submitted abstracts will be compiled in an official Abstract Book, which will be published and made publicly available via the symposium website. - Presentation Format
If “either oral or poster presentation” is selected, the final decision regarding the presentation format lies with the Scientific Committee.
If “poster presentation” is selected, the abstract will be accepted as a poster presentation only, if accepted. - Notification of Outcome
You will receive notification from the symposium secretariat regarding whether your abstract has been:
– Accepted for an oral presentation,
– Accepted for a poster presentation, or
– Rejected
- Originality
By submitting, you confirm that your abstract represents original work and that you have the rights to submit it for review and publication.
